Charging cables and stations
The Audi e-tron GT uses a Type 2 plug and supports three-phase charging of up to 11 kW. You can use a cable rated for 11 or 22 kW, but the charging speed will be limited by the car to 11 kW.
Compatible charging stations:
– 3.7 kW (1 phase, 16A) – up to 3.7 kW
– 7.4 kW (1 phase, 32A) – also up to 3.7 kW
– 11 kW (3 phase, 16A) – full compatibility
– 22 kW (3 phase, 32A) – charges up to 11 kW
Compatibility with the electrical panel
To take advantage of the maximum charging power, your electrical installation must support three-phase power supply (3x16A). If you currently have a single-phase system, the maximum power will be limited to 3.7 kW. You can install a three-phase charging station and temporarily use it in single-phase mode.
Mobile Charging Device
Mobile (portable) chargers connect directly to a standard socket (220V) and are a convenient solution for charging at home or on the go. For the Audi e-tron GT, a mobile charger with a Type 2 plug is required. Due to the large battery capacity (85 kWh), we recommend using these devices mainly as a backup option.
