Charging cables and stations
The Audi e-tron Sportback 55 quattro uses a Mennekes Type 2 cable and supports three-phase charging up to 11 kW. Cables rated for 11 kW or 22 kW are suitable, with charging limited by the vehicle’s system.
Compatible charging stations:
– 3.7 kW (1 phase, 16A)
– 7.4 kW (1 phase, 32A)
– 11 kW (3 phase, 16A)
– 22 kW (3 phase, 32A) – charges up to 11 kW
Compatibility with the electrical panel
Maximum charging efficiency is achieved with a three-phase electrical system (at least 3x16A). If you use a single-phase installation, charging will be limited to 3.7 kW, regardless of the charger’s power.
Mobile Charging Device
Mobile chargers allow charging through a standard 220V socket. For the Audi e-tron Sportback 55 quattro, a Type 2 mobile cable is recommended. Due to the 86.5 kWh battery capacity, using a mobile charger is more suitable as a backup solution or for emergencies.
