Choosing a Charging Station
The maximum AC charging power for the Audi Q4 Sportback e-tron 45 quattro is 11 kW, which is only available with a three-phase connection. You can also use a lower-powered charger, such as 3.7 kW or 7.4 kW, especially if your electrical panel doesn’t support high power.
Electrical Installation Considerations
This model can charge at full power only if you have a three-phase connection with a minimum of 3 x 16A. If you currently have only a single-phase connection, you can temporarily use a charging station connected to one phase until you upgrade to three-phase in the future.
Mobile Charging Devices
Mobile charging devices (portable) are convenient for backup charging. With the Audi Q4 Sportback e-tron 45 quattro, due to its 77 kWh capacity, charging through a standard outlet takes over 39 hours, which is why they are mainly recommended as an emergency or temporary solution.
