Charging Stations for BMW 330e Plug-in Hybrid
The maximum charging power of the vehicle is 3.7 kW, so even when using more powerful charging stations, the charging speed won’t exceed this limit. However, this isn’t a problem, as higher-powered charging stations are better prepared for future electric vehicles with larger batteries.
Mobile Charging Devices
With a mobile charger, you can charge your BMW 330e through a standard household outlet. Although slower, charging at 2.3 kW or 3.7 kW is perfectly adequate for a 12 kWh battery. It’s important to be mindful of the total household power consumption when charging at 16A.
